These terms cover use of aranlabz.com and AranLabz's WhatsApp messaging service, operated by AranLabz Ltd ("we," "us"). By using the site or messaging our WhatsApp number, you agree to these terms. Questions about anything here: hello@aranlabz.com.

The website

aranlabz.com is provided as-is, for information about our services and to let you contact us. We make reasonable efforts to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that everything on it is error-free.

WhatsApp messaging

Our WhatsApp number is provided to respond to inquiries and, where applicable, to run the automated features described at the point you interact with them. It is not a substitute for professional advice in any field, and responses — automated or otherwise — should not be relied on for decisions where accuracy is critical without independent verification.

Don't use our WhatsApp number to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or to attempt to interfere with how the service operates. We may stop responding to a number that misuses the service.

WhatsApp Tech Provider service

AranLabz also operates as a Meta-approved WhatsApp Tech Provider: client businesses can connect their own WhatsApp Business Account to our systems, and we send and receive messages on their behalf. A client business is responsible for the content and conduct of their own messaging, compliance with WhatsApp's own Business and Commerce policies, and their own relationship with their customers. Our role is to provide the technical infrastructure connecting their account, not to control what they say to their customers.

Each client relationship may be covered by its own written agreement with AranLabz in addition to these terms; where the two conflict, the specific agreement governs.

Data and privacy

How we collect, use, and protect data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The AranLabz name, logo, and the content of this site belong to AranLabz Ltd unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to link to the site; please don't reproduce the logo or brand materials without asking us first.

Liability

We're a small team doing our best to run a reliable service, but to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or WhatsApp service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site or WhatsApp service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
